Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SilentEra AI Voice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SilentEra AI Voice converts user-provided text into generated speech output and related media features. We may add, remove, or update features over time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for account security and all activities that occur under your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits and Purchases
- Credits are consumed when generation requests are successfully processed.
- We offer two complementary purchase types: (a) one-time top-up credit packs that add credits to your account, and (b) an optional monthly subscription ("Pro") that delivers a recurring credit allotment plus a percentage bonus on top-up purchases while active.
- When you generate audio, monthly subscription credits are consumed before purchased top-up credits, so that purchased credits remain available longer.
- In-app purchases are handled by platform billing providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).
- Web and desktop purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
- Refund eligibility depends on applicable app-store policies, payment-processor rules, local regulations, and our separate Refund Policy.
- Pricing, credit packages, and availability may change without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- The Pro subscription bills automatically each month at the price displayed at checkout (excluding applicable taxes, which may be added by the payment processor) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. On Android, manage the subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions; on web/desktop purchases via Paddle, use the customer portal link from your purchase email or contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the already-paid billing period.
- When the period ends without renewal, the unused portion of that month's subscription credits is reclaimed from your balance; previously purchased top-up credits are not affected and remain in your account.
- We may change subscription pricing, bonus rates, or included credit amounts going forward, with reasonable notice for active subscribers as required by the applicable store or law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity, including but not limited to impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or generating content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations.
7. Intellectual Property
The SilentEra service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your original input content, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, and third-party outages may affect service access.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentEra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, or security reasons. Cancelling a Pro subscription stops future charges but does not, by itself, terminate your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
